Unless separately agreed in writing, Classic Tree Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed hazards, underground items not disclosed by the customer, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work. 11. No Emergency Guarantee Classic Tree Care may assist with storm damage and urgent tree care needs when available, but contacting us does not guarantee immediate emergency response. If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, active power line danger, or another emergency, call 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency authority first. 12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classic Tree Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from communications, scheduling, SMS delivery delays, service delays, or matters outside its reasonable control.
